Habits or Memories?

Welcome February! Have those resolutions become habits or memories? I’m attempting to make weight lifting a habit plus a bit of walking backwards on the treadmill. Thank goodness for handrails! I sometimes feel like I’m one misstep away from becoming a funny YouTube video! The latter works wonders for my lower back injury (Be sure to check with a physician or physical therapist before attempting this exercise).

Outreach for “Sara Dippity” continues. I’m looking forward to some projects with grief organizations. Looking for a speaker for your Michigan service organization or club? I’m currently booking engagements for 2023.
