Grit, Grace, and Grandeur on the Road

Grit, Grace, and Grandeur: The Making of a Denver Diva is off to a splendid start! Over the past few months, I’ve been developing 20, 40, and 60-minute lectures designed for businesses, clubs, libraries, colleges, and educational events. What a lovely journey, sharing Gladys’ remarkable story with audiences and seeing the project take its first steps on the road.

A few upcoming presentations are already on the calendar:

March 22

Howell Carnegie Public Library

2:00 p.m. (Registration required-livestream available)

May 2

Hastings Public Library

10:00 a.m.

May 29

Aquinas College

9:30 a.m. (Registration required)

If you’d like to learn more about Gladys’ story, be sure to check out the historical booklet. It includes photographs, the solution to a historical mystery uncovered with the help of a gentleman from England, and a recently discovered account dating back to the late 1800s.

Interested in bringing this lecture and traveling exhibit to your organization? You can submit a request here (In-person and virtual options available).

You can also see a preview of the collection.

Thanks for reading—and I hope to see you at an upcoming event!
